The Hosted VIABLE software can only be activated with a Soft License key and not a USB key.

Please follow the instructions below:

• Install the Hosted VIABLE software to completion
• Go to the folder \Documents\ICC Solutions Limited\Licenses\
• Create an empty text file in this folder called addsoftlicense.txt
• Run the Hosted VIABLE software from the Desktop shortcut
• Click on the "Add Soft-Licensed Suite" button at the top right

• You will see a code that you need to send to viable@iccsolutions.com
• The HelpDesk team will send you a license to activate the Hosted VIABLE software.
