In regards to this test case, the transaction shall be initially declined (PIN VERIFIED in not required to be in declined receipts) and the terminal should prompt the user to call the issuer and obtain an authorisation number which should then be entered manually where the local approval happens and  a second receipt is printed approving with the new Auth Code ie “565656”, in that approval receipt PIN VERIFIED is expected (and all the rest of original data on receipt but the new Auth Code)

We would require the second receipt for Certification.
